From 2015 to 2018, they were the Senior Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Administrator at Points. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Production Manager, Creative & Communications at Free The Children. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Marketing Communications Coordinator at CUSOURCE Credit Union Knowledge Network. In 2012, they were the Recruitment Specialist at Poly Placements Inc. Mijay Pavon holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with Honours) in Human Resources Management from The University of British Columbia, as well as a Postgraduate Program in Human Resources Management (with Honours) from George Brown College.
