Ida Waage

Ida Waage is currently a HR-spesialist at SpareBank 1 SMN since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ida worked as a Recruitment Consultant and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Amby from March 2019 to March 2022. Ida started their career as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Amby while completing their MSc. Ida also has experience as a Recruitment Advisor at NORKART AS and as a Tech Recruiter at If Insurance. Ida has a diverse educational background, holding a MSc in Leadership and Organisational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor in Sport Management from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. Furthermore, Ida has gained international experience through studying at the University of California, Berkeley.
