Vegard Koksvik

Vegard Koksvik is a Kunderådgiver at SpareBank 1 SMN since January 2024 and serves as a Patruljefører for Innsatsstyrke Rype at HV 12 since April 2023. Previously, Vegard worked as a Recruiter at Manpower from August 2022 to November 2023 and as a Team Leader with the Norwegian Armed Forces from January 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Lagfører at Garnisonen i Sør Varanger. Early career experience includes a Data Puncher position at Bennett and a Ski Trainer role at Trondheim skiklubb, focusing on cross-country skiing instruction for various ages. Vegard is pursuing a Master's degree in Arbeids og organisasjonspsykologi at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution, along with studies at BI Norwegian Business School.
