Laura Wills is a seasoned professional in hospitality and customer service with extensive experience in sales and management. Currently serving as a Sales Account Manager at SPARGO, Inc. since November 2021, Laura previously held the position of Customer Experience Manager at WayForth from October 2020 to November 2021. Prior roles include Conference Center Director and Catering Director at Compass Group USA from August 2018 to August 2020 and February 2013 to August 2018, respectively. Earlier in the career, Laura worked as an Assistant Banquet and Convention Services Floor Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 2008 to 2012. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
