Michele Lafrance

Michele LaFrance has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Michele began their career in 1997 at MAXIMUS, Inc, where they held various senior managerial roles in marketing, operations, and government operations groups. Michele worked at MAXIMUS, Inc until 2008. In 2009, they founded their own business, Bella Flora Custom Floral Design, where they worked as the owner and designer. In 2011, they joined J. Spargo & Associates and SPARGO, Inc., where they worked in exhibit sales and eventually became the Director of Sales.
