Daniël Kuipers is an experienced leader and business developer with a focus on creating positive work cultures and developing teams. Currently serving as Head of Staff at Stichting SPARK since February 2023, Daniël oversees staff culture, wellbeing, performance, and knowledge growth. Previously, in the role of Chief of Staff at NaTakallam from February 2021 to January 2023, Daniël managed multiple teams, contributed to organizational strategy, and facilitated B2B product development and outreach. Daniël has a background in international business development and change management from positions at Eastern Ridge and has founded successful creative and branding agency Amsterdamse Ontwerpfabriek. Daniël's diverse experience extends to production roles in the performing arts, product management at Startupbootcamp, and community organization in user experience. Daniël holds a Master's degree in Culture Organization and Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and multiple other degrees in media, economics, and culture.
