Noel Kaiga

Noel Kaiga is the Human Resources/Program Manager at Advance South Sudan/Youth Radio. Noel also serves as a Project Manager at Community Empowerment for Rehabilitation and Development. Noel has experience as an Administrator at Spark and previously worked as an Operations Manager at Africa Rural Development Organization and ACT Investment Ltd. Noel holds a Bachelor's degree in Democracy and Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University.
