Steve Hasher

Steve Hasher currently serves as the VP of Operations at Spark Car Wash, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Steve spent over 26 years at Wawa, Inc., where roles included Director of Operations Florida, Manager of Operations Implementation of New Food Service Initiatives, Area Manager of Operations, and Store Operations Manager. In these roles, Steve focused on developing and motivating store and area leaders, ensuring profitability, implementing operational plans, and leading cross-functional teams to support foodservice initiatives. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Organization Dynamics and Human Performance Management from Immaculata University, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
