Prior to this, Charly McDonald accumulated extensive experience at Royal Caribbean Group from 1992 to 2015, serving in various leadership positions including Associate Vice President, Entertainment & Activities, and Director of Entertainment & Activities. Charly McDonald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from Ithaca College, graduated in 1991.
