Christopher Nelson, MA, PHR has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and management. Christopher currently serves as the Director of Recruitment at Spark Dental Management, where they are responsible for overseeing all recruitment activities. Prior to this, Christopher worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager at La Colombe Coffee Roasters and Live! Casino & Hotel, where they successfully implemented HR metrics, recruitment technology tools, and innovative techniques to enhance recruitment efficiency and build brand recognition. Christopher also has experience working as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at the City of Philadelphia, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Drexel University Online, and the Talent Acquisition Specialist at Community Behavioral Health, where they developed and implemented strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent and maintained strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners. Christopher began their career as a Recruiting Specialist at Devereux and as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Christopher holds a Master's degree and is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Christopher Nelson, MA, PHR, completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations at Temple University from 2001 to 2005. Christopher then pursued further education and earned their Master of Arts degree in Business Communications from La Salle University, which they completed from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Christopher also holds several certifications. Christopher obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2012. Christopher further enhanced their expertise in talent acquisition by obtaining the Talent Acquisition Strategist Certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in August 2015. Additionally, Christopher holds certifications as a Certified Diversity Recruiter from AIRS, obtained in July 2016, and as a SmartRecruiters Administrator from SmartRecruiters, obtained in April 2020. Christopher also achieved the SHRM Talent Acquisition Speciality certification from SHRM in April 2020, further showcasing their proficiency in talent acquisition strategies.
