Laura Frederic

Laura Frederic has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Laura started their career at Pfizer Animal Health, where they worked as a Human Resources Consultant, supporting the recruitment process and implementing an electronic onboarding process.

Laura then moved on to Genesis Rehab Services, where they held various roles, including Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Manager. In these positions, they conducted employee relations and corporate integrity investigations, advised on disciplinary actions, and managed processes such as leave of absence, FMLA, and Workers' Compensation.

Afterwards, Laura joined Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems as a Human Resources Director. Here, they developed and presented HR-related training, supported the implementation of a new timekeeping system, and communicated with senior management.

Most recently, Laura worked at Spark Dental Management as the Vice President of Human Resources. Laura 'sresponsibilities included consolidating employee data and HR systems, developing unified policies, and serving as a key contact during the implementation of new systems.

Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to successfully manage HR operations within diverse organizations.

Laura Frederic attended Unionville High School from 1997 to 2001, where they earned their High School Diploma. Following this, they enrolled at William & Mary and pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from 2001 to 2005.
