Lucía Perez Mirabella has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition.

Lucía started their career as an Assistant at Wall Chase from December 2016 to November 2018, where they provided support for the recruitment process and assisted with sourcing and candidate introductions for a multinational company project.

From December 2018 to March 2021, Lucía worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at GlobalLogic Latinoamerica. In this role, they were responsible for the IT recruitment processes, including both local and remote contributors, and focused on profiles such as QA, BackEnd, FrontEnd, SOA, BA, Technical Support, and UX Designers. Lucía also had regular communication with the Delivery and Account management teams.

Next, Lucía joined Cognizant as an IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist from March 2021 to May 2021. Cognizant is a leading professional services company, and in this role, Lucía contributed to transforming clients' business, operating, and technology models for the digital era.
