Mora Sartori is a experienced professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Mora is currently working as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at intive since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Recruiting Analyst at SparkDigital (Acquired by intive) starting from March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end candidate sourcing and recruiting in Argentina and LATAM for US projects and clients. Mora also conducted interviews, prepared reports, extended salary offers, presented candidates, facilitated onboarding, and conducted satisfaction surveys. Mora also provided internal training to the rest of the team.

Before their role at SparkDigital, Mora worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Inviu from September 2020 to February 2021. Their responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment for technology profiles, market research and analysis, and policy implementation.

Prior to Inviu, Mora worked as a Manager People Care - Talent Acquisition at Ergo Renova from August 2019 to September 2020. Mora was responsible for implementing processes and policies, implementing a new management system, defining new benefits, and improving employee experiences. Mora also managed the end-to-end recruitment process and was involved in hiring business intelligence and Big Data profiles.

Mora has also gained valuable experience while working at Cognizant. Mora served as a Manager Talent Acquisition, where they handled executive recruitment, organized events, managed social media initiatives, and supervised a team of recruiters. Mora also held the role of Human Resources Senior Executive, where they coordinated the selection process for internal positions and served as the recruitment reference for various countries.

Furthermore, Mora worked as a Recruiter at Staffing IT S.A. from November 2009 to September 2013. In this role, they were responsible for IT profile search and selection, client coordination, and overall recruitment process management.

Mora started their career as an HR Consultant - Recruiting at ECOSISTEMAS from October 2007 to May 2009. Their responsibilities included selection, conducting interviews, managing critical cases, providing employee training, and talent retention.

Lastly, Mora worked as an HR Analyst at ATS - Advanced Technology Solutions from November 2006 to October 2007. Their primary responsibility was general HR administration, including managing payroll, insurance, and designing the HR administrative manual.

Mora Sartori (She/Her) attended the University of Buenos Aires from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Psychology and became a Graduado with a specialization in Licenciada en Psicología. Following this, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Posgrado at Centro Dos, focusing on Clínica Psicoanalítica con Adultos.

In addition to their formal education, Mora Sartori has acquired several additional certifications throughout their career. In August 2020, they obtained a Programa Ejecutivo de Innovación en Recursos Humanos from Universidad del CEMA. In July 2020, they completed certifications in Excel Fundamentos and Power BI from EducacionIT. In June 2020, they received the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf. Furthermore, in April 2019, they completed a Design Thinking certification from Kleer.
