Currently serving as a Customer Care Project Manager at Spark Energy since May 2019, Blackhawk has developed skills in managing customer-related projects effectively. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Oakmont Business Solutions. Alongside professional experience, Blackhawk is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management at the University of Central Punjab, expected to graduate in May 2021.
