Ryan Young

Ryan Young is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in media investment and strategy. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Holistic Investment Lead at Spark Foundry, Ryan oversees paid media investments for Starbucks and manages a large, interdisciplinary team. Prior roles at Spark Foundry include Senior Vice President, Client Lead, and various positions leading media efforts for REI and Starbucks. Ryan previously held the title of Senior Vice President at Publicis Media, where responsibilities included strategy lead and client partner for T-Mobile. Ryan's earlier career involved significant roles at UM Worldwide, contributing to major campaigns for Sony Pictures Entertainment, and fostering innovation in media planning and execution. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with dual emphases in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Chapman University.
