Toby Purcell

Toby (Katz) Purcell is an experienced media professional with a strong background in client services and media buying. Currently serving as Associate Director of Local Client Services at Spark Foundry since April 2019, Toby leads the Local Investment Group. Prior experience includes positions at Hill Holliday from 2011 to 2019, where Toby advanced from Assistant Media Buyer to Senior Media Buyer. Earlier roles at Zenith and Adam Young provided foundational experience as an Assistant Broadcast Negotiator and Sales Assistant, respectively. Toby holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University at Buffalo.
