Youli Hooi

Youli Hooi is a seasoned marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in the media and marketing sectors. Currently serving as Global Client Lead - APAC at Spark Foundry since January 2020, Youli has also held leadership roles such as General Manager, Growth at Publicis Media Singapore and Executive Director at Starcom, where key achievements included winning significant new business. Prior experience encompasses roles at Fitness First Malaysia, AVEVA Asia Pacific, and various marketing positions at Naga DDB and Leo Burnett Advertising, among others. Youli holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
