Meraal Rashid, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, is a highly experienced professional in the field of behavior analysis and special education. Currently serving as the Assistant Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor at Spark Learning since August 2016, Meraal has also held roles as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Behavior Therapist within the organization. Prior experience includes positions such as Marketing Intern at Qvinci Software and Lead Afterschool Teacher at St. Francis Private School, where Meraal created developmentally-appropriate lesson plans for preschool students. Meraal's research experience encompasses roles as a Research Assistant at the Texas Child Study Center and the University of Texas Psychology Department, focusing on child anxiety and canine training. Meraal earned a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.

Since 2012, we have been using a combination of professional expertise, compassionate care, and play in a natural learning environment to help children reach key milestones and form meaningful relationships. We provide ABA therapy, an Inclusive Preschool / Kindergarten, and Speech therapy in individual and group settings. In home, at our center, or virtually, our team of experienced therapists work to develop behavior regulation, communication, social, academic, language proficiency, self-help, and play skills. We understand that each child's needs are different, which is why all therapy is individualized. We welcome children of all ages with a wide variety of special needs including autism, Asperger's, ADHD, PDD, and other developmental delays. All services are led by highly motivated, experienced therapists with degrees in Education or Special Education.
