Dorcus Acheng

Dorcus was born in Lira District located in the Northern part of Uganda. She studied Economics and Statistics at Kyambogo University in Kampala. Once she completed her undergraduate studies, she pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute. Before joining Spark, She worked for Agago District Local Government, supporting both the planning and health departments as a Volunteer Statistician.
