Vijay Kumar Sharma is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Advance Engineering at Spark Minda since October 2022. Prior to this role, Vijay held positions in global program management, product planning, and development at U-Shin, as well as leading automotive R&D operations at Panasonic Automotive. Vijay has a proven track record in setting up R&D operations and developing viable business plans, complemented by expertise in automotive software and hardware operations at DENSO TEN MINDA INDIA PVT LTD and Panasonic, where significant contributions were made in infotainment and telematics products. Vijay's career also includes project management at Robert Bosch Engineering and software delivery management at Magneti Marelli, as well as foundational experience as a Senior Product Engineer at Fujitsu Semiconductor Limited.
