Vikas Thapa

Vikas Thapa is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as President & Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Minda Corporation Limited since February 2020. Previously, Vikas held significant roles at Cummins India ABO, including Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources for the Components Segment. Vikas's career with Cummins began in 2009 as Director of HR at Tata Cummins Ltd and Cummins Megasite, following a tenure as HR Leader at Cummins Turbo Technologies from 1998 to 2006. Early in the career, Vikas worked as HR Manager at Tata International Limited and served as an Army Officer in the Indian Army from 1987 to 1992. Vikas holds an MBA in HR from Indore University.
