Constantin Garcev

Constantin Garcev is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in cloud systems, DevOps practices, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as VP of Technology at Spark Networks since March 2019, Constantin has demonstrated expertise in tech development and implementation, leading teams for high availability and scalable cloud systems. Previous roles include Director of Infrastructure and Site Reliability Engineering, and Head of Development and Platform Experience at Spark Networks, where successful project delivery and exemplary developer experiences were achieved. Prior experience encompasses senior positions in DevOps engineering and consultancy at companies such as Zalando SE and Fyber, along with operational management at REMSYS Ltd and entrepreneurial leadership as CEO of MyVPN LLC. Constantin holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Universitatea Tehnicã a Moldovei.
