Aroha Simpson

Aroha Simpson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and community initiatives at Spark New Zealand since March 2014, currently serving as the Spark Foundation Partnership and Community Engagement Lead. Aroha is dedicated to advancing digital equity in Aotearoa, leveraging design thinking to enhance customer experiences and optimize stakeholder understanding through various roles, including Customer Experience Designer and Customer Insights Partner. In addition to tenure at Telecom New Zealand, Aroha has recently engaged as a Board Trustee for Marram Community Trust. Aroha is pursuing educational advancements in Te Reo Māori and digital skills, with a commitment to supporting Māori aspirations and creating lasting community benefits.
