Ben Li

Ben Li is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network transformation and automation. Currently serving as the Network Transformation Lead at Spark New Zealand since September 2025, Ben drives large-scale enterprise network improvements and modernization efforts. Previously, at One New Zealand, Ben transitioned the Automation Centre of Excellence into the AI & Data business unit while also leading initial efforts to enhance automation across the organization. Notably, during an extensive tenure at Vodafone New Zealand from March 2011 to July 2023, Ben founded and scaled an RPA Centre of Excellence, achieving significant automation milestones and process efficiencies. Ben holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Wintec - Waikato Institute of Technology, earned between 2003 and 2007.
