Emily Bulkley is a seasoned Customer Experience Designer at Spark New Zealand since September 2022, with a diverse background in design and customer service. As the Founder of Emily Bulkley Design, established during the 2020 COVID lockdown, Emily has expanded expertise in digital art and freelance UX and graphic design work. Prior experience includes serving as a UX Design Consultant at Nitetoast, where actionable feedback aided in enhancing development strategies, and as an Inside Sales Representative at phil&teds, focusing on customer service and relationship management. Earlier, Emily worked as a Graduate Architectural Technician at SMRT Consulting Ltd., contributing to various building consent and project management initiatives. Emily is currently pursuing a Master's degree in UX Design at Victoria University of Wellington, following a Bachelor of Design in Spatial Design from Massey University.
