Emma Biggs

Emma Biggs is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as a Legal Business Partner (Senior Legal Counsel) at Spark New Zealand since April 2019, Emma has previously held significant positions, including Senior Consumer and Advertising Lawyer and Consumer and Advertising Lawyer at BT from May 2016 to March 2019, as well as Legal Counsel in Consumer and Marketing at Three. from January to April 2016. Earlier in Emma's career, time was spent as a Solicitor in General Litigation at Russell McVeagh from February 2012 to September 2015, and as a Commercial Lawyer (Secondee) at BNZ for a brief period in early 2015. Emma also held roles as a Law Clerk at Russell McVeagh, contributing to general litigation from November 2009 to February 2011. Emma holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science from The University of Auckland, obtained between 2006 and 2011.
