Heta Dawson

Heta Dawson has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Change Implementation Manager at Telecom New Zealand since November 2011. Previously, Heta held the position of Senior Operational Capability Manager at Telecom Wholesale NZ from 2009 to November 2011 and worked as a Senior Implementation Manager at Telecom New Zealand earlier in 2009. Heta is part of the Wholesale on-boarding team, responsible for the implementation phase of on-boarding new service providers to utilize Telecom NZ Wholesale products. Prior to these roles, Heta worked as a Test Analyst at FMIT and served as a Process Improvement Champion at Gen-i from June 2006 to July 2008.
