Jonathan Mateo

Jonathan Mateo is an experienced Voice and Collaboration Engineer currently employed at Spark New Zealand since June 2007, where responsibilities include building and maintaining virtual machines for the Spark Virtual Call Centre. Prior experience at Alcatel-Lucent as a Technical Specialist involved managing VCC infrastructure, including server hardware and VMware environments. Jonathan also worked as a Consultant at Openwave, supporting the Mobile Number Portability project, and served as an IS Security Specialist at PLDT, focusing on enterprise network security, firewall management, and VOIP service. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of the East, completed between 1993 and 1998.
