Phoebe Donaldson

Phoebe Donaldson is an experienced People and Culture Partner at Spark New Zealand since February 2019, where responsibilities include collaborating with Customer Channels, Product teams, and Technology tribes to enhance organizational culture and engagement through strategic people initiatives. Additionally, Phoebe has served as a Product Owner for programs in Learning & Development and Wellbeing. Earlier in the career, Phoebe gained experience as a Human Resources Graduate, providing HR administration support and managing internal HR systems. Previous roles include Sales Assistant at Superette and an Internship at Socialites NZ, along with foundational experience in hospitality at HipGroup. Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from The University of Auckland, completed in 2018, and is a graduate of Kristin School.
