Dustin Bruce is an accomplished energy management professional currently serving as the Director of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) at Spark Power since March 2019. With a focus on solar and battery storage assets, Dustin leads a team of operators and analysts to monitor real-time performance and has implemented Standard Operating Procedures to enhance team efficiency. Prior roles at Spark Power include Senior Asset Manager and Lead Operations Analyst, where responsibilities included managing a team and overseeing the performance of over 450 solar generating assets across North America. Dustin's prior experience also includes a position as Production Manager at 5 Axis Dental. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Aerospace from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Burman University.
