Kyle Smith

Kyle Smith, PharmD, MBA, currently serves as a Medical Affairs Operations Associate at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. since August 2022 and as a Pharmacist at Bridgeport Family Pharmacy since February 2024. Previously, Kyle held the position of Pharmacy Manager at eMax Pharmacy from March 2021 to July 2022, where significant contributions included developing a comprehensive business plan, optimizing workflow through pharmacy layout design, and implementing training protocols. Kyle also possesses extensive experience from a postdoctoral fellowship at MCPHS University, where leadership in reconfiguring the Medpack Department led to notable cost savings. Early experience includes a pharmacy internship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, focusing on the preparation and compounding of medications. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Leadership and Healthcare Management from Saint Joseph's University and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Jefferson Health.
