Jared Schwede

Jared Schwede has a diverse work experience in the field of energy conversion technologies. Jared is the Founder and CEO of Spark Thermionics, a company focused on developing a thermionic energy conversion device. Jared led the development of the company, which has gained significant recognition in the industry.

Prior to that, Jared worked as a Project Lead at Cyclotron Road at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. During this time, they contributed to the development of energy projects.

Jared's academic background includes working as a Graduate Research Assistant at Stanford University. Jared played a crucial role in the development of the photon-enhanced thermionic emission (PETE) method for solar energy harvesting. Jared also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, where they taught introductory physics and created a course in MATLAB for physics students.
