Katie Inouye

Katie Inouye is the CEO and Founder at Spark TS since 2016, focusing on breaking down resource barriers for short line and regional railroads. Previously, Katie worked at Canadian Pacific Railway as a Performance Improvement specialist, at Ellie Mae as a Senior Education Specialist, and at Cardinal Health as an Operations Services Supervisor. In the early stages of their career, Katie served as a Branch Manager at First National Community Bank. Katie holds a Master of Science in Training and Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Bachelor of Arts in Managing a Diverse Workforce from Metro State University.
