Nick Francescani has over seven years of experience in operations and customer support. Nick began their career in 2013 at MakerBot as a Technical Support Agent. Nick then moved up to Project Manager, Customer Support Manager, and Director of Customer Support. In 2018, Nick joined Hero as the Director of Customer Experience, where they created and managed a customer support team of 10+ agents and developed and ran a process for Medical Device Reporting (MDR) per FDA guidelines. Currently, Nick is the Director of Operations at SparkAI, where they specialize in delivering high-integrity, real-time resolution to longtail AI exceptions in production.
