Milan Schildbach

Milan Schildbach is currently serving as a Nachhaltigkeitsmanager at Sparkasse Ansbach since January 2023, where an internship is being completed. Previously, from September 2017 to July 2020, Milan worked as a Heilerziehungspfleger in both a Förderstätte and a Wohnheim, supporting individuals with special needs. Additionally, from August 2016 to July 2018, work was done at Offene Hilfen ARON, focusing on inclusive leisure activities and support services for people with disabilities. Earlier experience includes a role in Erlebnispädagogik and youth work at Evangelisches Jugendwerk from August 2015 to July 2016. Milan is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Angewandte Wirtschafts und Medienpsychologie at Hochschule Ansbach, expected to graduate in February 2024, after completing formal training at Diakoneo Fachschule für Heilerziehungspflege from January 2017 to January 2020.
