Milka Ristik has held key IT leadership positions throughout their career. Milka started as the Head of Division for Organization & IT at Sparkasse Bank Makedonija AD Skopje in 2008 and continued in this role until 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Alphatech Dooel Skopje. Currently, they serve as the Head of IT Directorate at Sparkasse Bank AD Skopje since 2023.
