Adi Cengic

Adi Cengic is a skilled developer with extensive experience in information technology management, currently serving as a Developer and Information Technology Services Manager at Sparkasse Bank dd BiH since January 2021. Responsibilities include managing incident and service requests, implementing services in the ticketing system, handling change requests, and coordinating system development efforts using RPA with the UiPath Automation platform. Prior experience includes software development at Progresys Management & Engineering GmbH, where Cengic contributed to an internal ERP system and web development projects, as well as internships at Tech 387 and Monri Payments. Adi holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from RIT Croatia, supplemented by exchange studies.
