Arnela Custovic

Arnela Custovic currently serves as the Head of Retail Risk Underwriting Team and as an Independent Expert Advisor for the Credit Risk Department at Sparkasse Bank dd BiH since June 2022. Prior to this role, Arnela was a Leading Specialist for Credit Risk Assessment (SME/Corp) at Sberbank from September 2017 to June 2022 and held various positions including Credit Analyst and Retail Unit Officer at ProCredit Bank BiH from June 2012 to September 2017. Education includes a Master of Management in Financial Management from the School of Economics and Business Sarajevo, completed in 2013, and a Bachelor of Management in the same field from the same institution, completed in 2010. Additional experience includes participation in the Young Bankers Programme and a brief tenure as a Credit Analyst at ProCredit Bank a.d Belgrade in early 2016. Arnela's educational background started with a High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Third Gymnasium Sarajevo.
