Kathryn Kent, MBA, began their work experience in 2010 as an Assistant Manager of Brand Development at Mary Kay Global. Kathryn held this position until 2016 when they transitioned into the role of Senior Developer, Strategic Education within the same company. In 2018, they completed their tenure as a Senior Developer. In 2019, Kathryn joined SparkFarm, where they currently hold the position of Marketing Strategy and Communications.

Kathryn Kent, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Marketing from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. Kathryn attended this program from 2007 to 2009. Prior to their MBA, Kathryn Kent completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing at Texas Christian University.
