Teresa Cabral Menezes

Teresa Cabral Menezes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people management and internal communications. Currently serving as the Head of People, Culture & Communication at Sparkfood since April 2024, Teresa is responsible for developing comprehensive people practices and promoting a positive work culture with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and work-life balance. Prior to this role, Teresa dedicated ten years at SONAE, where leadership in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts significantly enhanced the group's reputation as an employer. Teresa's earlier roles included communications management at ZON OPTIMUS, Optimus - Comunicações S.A., and Sonaecom, consistently improving corporate communication strategies and processes. Teresa holds a degree in Communication Sciences from Universidade do Minho and completed a program at Porto Business School in 2009.
