Following that, they pursued further education and earned a Graduate Certificate in Service Quality Assurance from California State University-Dominguez Hills from 2013 to 2017.
In addition to their formal education, Letty also obtained two additional certifications. In June of 2022, they acquired an edX Verified Certificate for Synthetic Aperture Radar: Hazards from edX. Prior to that, in July of 2016, they obtained a Cisco Security Ninja Green Belt certification in Test Engineering from Cisco.
