Bernard Moon

Bernard Moon has a diverse work experience, starting in 2000 as the Co-founder and VP of Business Development & Marketing at HeyAnita Korea, where they built the company from the ground up. In 2001, they became the Director at iRG Limited, a boutique investment bank focused on telecommunications, media, and technology companies. Bernard then worked as a Consultant at Innotive & Others, leading their entry into the US market. From 2004 to 2007, Moon served as Co-founder, VP of Business Development, and a Board Member at GoingOn Networks, an on-demand social media platform. Bernard then became the Managing Director at the Lunsford Group, a private investment firm, from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they co-founded and served as CEO of XS Groupe, an online private sale startup targeting Asian markets. From 2011 to 2015, Moon was a Co-founder and a Board Member at VidQuik, a web communications platform. Bernard also worked as a Sensor for the EDF Pulse Programme at the EDF Group in 2013 and as a Co-founder and General Partner at SparkLabs Korea from 2012 to the present. Currently, Moon is a Co-founder and Partner at SparkLabs Group, a network of accelerators and venture capital funds that invest in startups.

Bernard Moon obtained their BA degree in English & Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Bernard later pursued a Master's degree in Telecom & New Media Policy from Columbia | SIPA from 1996 to 1998. In November 2018, they also obtained a certification in Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
