Kimberly Gibson

Kimberly Gibson, MBA, serves as the Senior Director of Customer Operations at Sparklight since March 2014. Additionally, Kimberly holds the position of Executive Chair at The Cable Center's C5 since January 2020, focusing on enhancing customer experience for cable operators through a unique learning framework. Previously, Kimberly was the Director of Customer Service Strategy at Cable ONE from October 2004 to March 2014, where responsibilities included optimizing customer service processes and implementing self-service applications. Kimberly's extensive career began at Qwest Communications, where various roles, including Network Operations Manager, were held from March 1995 to December 2003. Kimberly earned an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Hospitality Management from Northern Arizona University.
