Randy Kennedy is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in technical operations and systems management. Currently serving as the Technical Operations Manager at Sparklight since December 2011, Randy leads a team focused on operational issues, employee training and development, hiring, quality assurance, and performance management, while also overseeing capital investment, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly department spending. Prior to this role, Randy held the position of Systems Manager at Millinneum Digital Media from June 1999 to December 2010, bringing a wealth of expertise to both organizations.
