Judith Kalondu has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Judith started their career as an intern at Kenya Power in 2010. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer at adcareIT for Amadeus GTD, providing technical services and support for various IT systems. Judith then transitioned to the role of Team Leader at the Network Operations Center, overseeing a team of engineers and providing IT managed services for Amadeus GTD.

In 2015, Judith joined SICPA as a Team Lead for the Service Center. Judith played a crucial role in the growth of the service center, improving internal and external SLA and expanding business coverage to three countries in East Africa. Judith'sfocus on customer journey and experience resulted in 80% business growth within five years.

Moving on, in 2020, Judith joined Cellulant as the Group Head for Service Operations. Judith led the optimization of the company's service delivery by adopting world-class standards for customer service. Judith successfully implemented the SRE methodology, reducing toil by 70% at the Service Desk.

Currently, Judith is the Director of Technical Support at SparkMeter since 2023.

Judith Kalondu obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Egerton University in 2007-2011. Judith later pursued a Master's Degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi from 2016-2018. In addition to their degrees, they have received various certifications such as ITIL Practitioner, Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL), and VMware Technical Sales Professional. Judith has also completed courses in business strategy, problem-solving, and project management.
