Tracey Crawford

Tracey Crawford has extensive experience in compliance and deliverability roles within the messaging industry. Tracey began their career at Message Systems as an Engagement Management Business Analyst, where they maintained system configuration code for clients such as Facebook, PayPal, and US Airways. Tracey then worked at Publishing Services as a Middleware Product Manager before transitioning to become the Director of Messaging and Middleware. In this role, they managed the development and implementation of the Middleware RESTful web service and the Email/SMS Messaging platform. At SparkPost, a MessageBird company, Tracey held various roles, including Lead Deliverability Analyst, Manager of Compliance and Deliverability Operations, and currently serves as the Director of Compliance and Deliverability. In their current position, they oversee the maintenance of shared IPs, enforces messaging policy, manages different workflows and filters, and notifies customers of any violations. Tracey's experience includes managing large-scale messaging platforms, handling customer support, and working with international teams.

Tracey Crawford has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Penn State University, which was completed between 1979 and 1983. Tracey also holds a Master of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins, achieved between 1984 and 1987. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland Global Campus, earned between 2004 and 2007.
