Bethany Francis

Bethany Francis has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bethany is currently the Founder & Coach at Bee Bright Collective, where they assist and motivates individuals in making transformative changes to achieve their goals. Prior to this, they worked at Sparkrock as the VP People & Culture and Director of People, Performance, & Culture. Bethany also served as the Human Resources Director and HR Business Partner at West Corporation. Before that, Bethany was the HR Manager at SchoolMessenger and held various HR roles at Henry's, including Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Coordinator, and Service Manager. Bethany began their career at Henry's as a Repairs Associate and later became an Imaging Advisor.

Bethany Francis attended Toronto Metropolitan University from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Human Resource Management. Bethany did not obtain a degree during this time. Bethany also pursued a field of study in Photography at Fanshawe College, although no specific start or end years are provided for this education.

In addition to their formal education, Bethany has obtained several certifications. In May 2009, they became a Certified Human Resource Leader through HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association. More recently, in April 2022, they obtained an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation and completed training as a Co-Active Coach at the Co-Active Training Institute in July 2022.
