Rhett Williams

Rhett Williams has extensive work experience in the field of ERP consulting and finance. Rhett started their career as a Finance Manager at BDO Cape in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Rhett then joined 360 Visibility as an ERP Consultant from September 2008 to November 2009. Rhett continued to gain experience in ERP consulting by working at Altus Dynamics as the Dynamics NAV Team Lead for Finance from November 2009 to October 2013. Rhett then transitioned to 2Dogz Consulting, where they served as a Partner and ERP Consultant from September 2013 to August 2014. Currently, Rhett works at Sparkrock (formerly Altus Dynamics) as a Senior Consultant and Team Lead for Finance ERP since August 2014. In this role, they are responsible for delivering solutions on Microsoft Business Central and Dynamics NAV platforms to not-for-profit, government, and school board customers in North America. Rhett leads a delivery team of 6-8 members and provides training, mentoring, and guidance. Rhett also manages the implementation methodology and creates/maintains project artifacts for the company.

Rhett Williams attended the University of the Witwatersrand from 1980 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and Business. In terms of additional certifications, Rhett completed a course on "Unconscious Bias" offered by LinkedIn in September 2020. Rhett also holds a certification as a "Chartered Accountant" from the ICAO, although the specific timeline for obtaining this certification is not provided.
