Michelle Monteferrante

Michelle Monteferrante, CEM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, account management, and sales within the events and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Senior Account Director at Sparks since May 2022, Michelle previously held several key leadership positions at Freeman Company, including Vice President of Corporate Operations Enablement and Vice President of Client Solutions for Exhibit Programs. With a career spanning from 1985 to the present, Michelle has successfully managed large teams, driven financial growth, and implemented operational improvements across various organizations, including World Market Center and Las Vegas Sands Corporation. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
