Grady Adams is a seasoned IT professional with a robust background in software support and help desk roles, currently serving as a Software Support Analyst at SCORE Mentors and Sparks Group since 2022 and 2021, respectively. Prior experience includes working as a Software Support Analyst at KTek Resourcing for HCL and USAA, and a Help Desk Technician at IBEX.
